Detailed Product Description

This series electro static powder coating machine is the most advanced technology product in electrostatic coating field, which is widely used in micro rotor insulating coating, such as automotive, motorcycle, electric bicycle, toy and small electromotor of home appliances.

Its working process: rotor is transferred to fluidizing bed by screw for coating. Isolation power is evenly coated on its surface, and then cured by high frequency heating.
It is composed of pre-heating zone, cooling zone, coating zone and curing zone.
