This stator powder coating equipment is with heating coating mode to do powder coating for stator coils 

Production process:

1. Put one wound stator to the hook and keep the heating cable clamp connect to the lead of the wound stator.

2.  Press start (at the moment, preheating, lifting, coating etc will be done automatically as per the setting time.)

3. Coating completed (at the moment, the powder coated on the coils winding flows flat initially; few powders covering the inside and outside of the stator without melting will be absolutely cleaned after preliminary air blow and subsequent cleaning)

4.  Manually take the coating wound stator and hand it to another operator to do air blowing at the cleaning station by air gun, and then put it on rack for cooling.

5. Take the coating wound stator from the rack and hang them to the basket of the chain oven for post-curing [powder baking temperature to 160℃ (it depends on the wire insulation class and powder property) for 45 minutes

6.  Take the baking coating wound stator from the chain oven.
