Armature Tester

This armature testing panel with LCD and double working station, controlled by IPC,

 could programming testing the bar to bar resistance, welding resistance, dielectric strength(Hi-pot),

 insulation resistance and turn-turn insulation. 

The loading and testing mode could be shifted by sliding the safety cover.

 The testing panel starts testing once the safety cover being slid upon the working station

Testing item and accuracy:

1. Dielectric strength(Hi-Power): between armature and coil

Testing voltage: 0 to 3000VAC(adjustable)

Current leakage: 0 to 10mA(adjustable)

Testing time:0 to 60S(adjustable)

Testing accuracy: 1%

2. Insulation resistance: between armature and coil

    Testing voltage:500VDC

Testing range:10MΩ-100MΩ

Testing accuracy:±1%

3. Turn-turn insulation:between coil and coil

    Surge/Pulse voltage:0 to 3000VP(adjustable)

    Pulse energy: 0.15J

    Alarm sensitivity:adjustable according to customer’s requirement

    Wave curve store automatically, curve comparison

4. Cold resistance:between commutator segment and segment

     Testing range:0 to 0.5 to 5Ω(resolution ratio 0.1 uΩ

     Testing range is selectable according to customer’s requirement

   Testing accuracy:±1%

   Temperature compensation:20℃

5. Welding resistance: between commutator segment and coil welding point

Testing range:0 to 10mΩ

Resolution ration: 1uΩ
