1. DC resistance test (include 3 phase balance test,phase equilibrium test)

Test range: 0.001Ω--1000Ω

Test loop: maximum 4 loop (expandable)

Repeat Test accuracy: ≤±0.5%

Test method :Four points,with auto correctting ambient temperature function,

Or Infrared sensor temperature compensation (Optional)

Can eliminate temperature-induced changes in resistance.

2. Inductance test

Test range:0.1µH – 999H

Test loop: maximum 4 loop (expandable)

Repeat Test accuracy: ≤±1.0%

Test method :Four points ensure the accuracy

3. Surge test

Pass high voltage between phases

Test condition: AC 100V-3000V adjustable.

Pulse peak :0.5msec

Sampling frequency:0 - 20MHz

Test loop: 4 loop

Repeat Test accuracy:< ±2.5%

Judging method:By area difference(Sensitive to inductance and energy loss)

Standard waveform is White,OK waveform is Green, NG waveform is Red

4. Insulation Resistance

Test condition: DC 500V / 1000V

Range: 0.1MΩ～1000MΩ

Tolerance: ±2.5%,

5. Hi-pot (Dielectric strength) AC 100-1000V

Testing time:1~10s (0.1s/time)

Range:0.1-20 mA

Tolerance:≤±2.5%

6. Rotation direction test

Clockwise/ Anti-clockwise

Test efficiency Cycle time:About 6seconds
