Armature wedge fillers insulation wedge placement machine WIND-IW-2 Advantages:

1. Continue operation for 3 shifts, automatically loading and unloading armatures,

2. Could store production parameter for 100nos armatures,

3. Display production data, including shift output, consuming time, etc,

4. During machine running, the machine will alarm once anything abnormal occurs,

5. Three operation modes could be switched: JOG, automatic and stepping,

6. Easy to adjust and operate.

Place insert the insulation wedge to armature,

insulate the armature winding and stacks, also fixten the armature windings.

After winding, use thick wedge normally 0.5mm while insulaiton polyester is usually 0.25mm to insert to armature,

tight the armature and strength the winding and reduce motor noise.
