Double station armature testing panel rotor armature tester analyser
test the bar-bar resistance, welding resistance, dielectric strength(Hi-pot),
insulation resistance and turn-turn insulation.
The loading and testing mode could be shifted by sliding the safety cover. The testing panel starts testing once the safety cover being slid upon the working station.
Test Item:
1.Dielectric strength (Hi-Power,Hi-pot) test, bewteen armature and coil
2. Insulation resistance,between armature and coil
3. Turn to turn insulation, between coil and coil
4. Cold resistance,between commutator segment and segment
5. Welding resistance, between commutator segment and coil welding point
